Striker Sam Ford had put the Blues 2-0 in front with a well-taken goal in either half but the visitors struck back to even the scores at 2-2 by the full-time whistle and won the shoot-out 4-2. |

Palace dominated until keeper Julian Speroni gifted Nouble his first goal for the Blues on 37, then in first half injury time Cresswell slammed in a brilliant second, before another catastrophic error, this time from Peter Ramage, led to Nouble’s second.
